So, we had our first official drawing for one of the stained glass heart giveaways made by my awesome neighbor, Jim Dible, who also taught me to make stained glass. (A fun hobby if you ever have time for a new one!).
This week's winner is: ALLISON GROVE!!
Allison is one of my oldest and dearest friends. We have been friends since I was six and she was seven, and I won't tell you how long that's been. Not because I'm vain about my age, but because math isn't my thing and it's a pretty big number!
Congratulations, Allison, and thank so much for your book order and for being one of my most faithful readers. Allison is also a writer (although she writes scientific research articles about real and intellectual topics while I just make things up!), and she has been faithful to read my drafts and offer valuable input. She also encourages me to keep writing even when I want to give up. "Butts in seats!" It's our motto--because the only way to be a writer is to sit down and write even when we'd rather be outside!
I want to thank all of you who have ordered my book. I truly am overwhelmed by your kindness and support. I am blessed to have such awesome friends and family members!
